Just a banana for
breakfast so I could be doctor ready,
Opened a can of salmon
and added some pickled vegetables, and beets for lunch,
maybe too many calories but all good stuff.
Usual supper of diet
jello with some canned pears, big bowl, low calories
So last week we went to
Julie & Julia the movie
about the separate lives of Julia Childs and Julie Powell,
who were linked together when Julie worked her way through
Julia Childs cookbook on French cooking and did a daily blog
about her results.
This entered my mind
yesterday as a way of maintaining my diet a little better,
make me a little more guilty if I fail.
So with a new attitude I
awoke with a clear head determined to finally lose the
weight that I drag around everyday.
We have all learned that
today we may feel positive, but tomorrow may be a different
kind of day that will stop you dead.
I had run out of one of
my pills so I went down to see Dr Chang and get a new
prescription. At my last visit he was concerned I was
gaining weight, so he only gave me enough for two months. At
weight in I was the same as last time, although I was so
excited I didn't look to see what the number was, but
probably close to my home scales 322 lbs.
Feeling good meant a good
start on the shed, painted three boards before the doctor,
went to the bank to put in a check, then Home Depot to get
some more screws. We used up lost of old board by attaching
them to the back of the shed.
Actually saw 12 on the
next street (black guy with glasses) which we always thought
(think) was a grow house because we never saw any life
A good day, worked till
