I added 2 pages to
Ernie's website, copied the BS from another website, and
rewrote it to look different
Millie said we could
have the day off, I argued long and hard but she won in
So we went down to
deposit a couple of cheques at a couple of banks, then
down to Costco, avoiding all the good stuff to get to
the vegetables, and paper towels, leaving with no large
boxes of ice cream, or large bags of their fresh buns.
Then onto A&P for
cabbage, never understanding why they don't sell
them at Costco. Before the banks I dropped off my pants
off at the dry cleaners, where Al the dry cleaning guy
picked over the junk we have in the van for the dump,
taking a sheet of trellis, and saying he would stop off
on his way home for some more (to keep the raccoons from
under his deck)
We came home and had
some cabbage soup (added a can of chick peas)
Then we took another
run to the dump (scale being tested, so min $2 fee)
We saw some new signs
up saying foxes crossing, but no foxes, but we did take
the slow way home through Bellfountain and Forks of the
Credit. Got home before the markets closed but I didn't
change anything as they were going the right direction.
memorial tonight, forgot to make some diet jello for
later, but had half of Millie's apple.
We called Sid in
Ipswich to wish him a happy birthday. I handle birthdays
better when on a diet. He sounds in great shape, if I
could be at 60 what he is at 83, I would be happy.
Totally full of
cabbage soup, but still like it.
Markets did ok
today, banks fell so I bought some TD with the only
uncommitted money left,
