An Orgy with Gluttony?

Awake at 5am, stayed in bed to 6am, got up and made a pot of chili and started a pot of stew, my back started hurting so I stopped for a rest. Slightly bending over bugs my back.

Weight down a pound, but the challenge will begin.

The team arrived at lunch time.

Tyler and Jacob went on the garage roof and cleaned out the gutter of leaves

Tyler painted his skate board, and put a layer of sand in the paint to make it slip proof. Mark swept the driveway (don't know why he likes to sweep the driveway.

He also picked up all the pine cones under the trees.

Had some soup, the first meat in 10 days,

Later in the day I have 1 slice of Pizza, my first "bread" in 12days

Later still I had a bowl of chili, no excuse I really can think of, it was there...

I also has too much jello, not a problem usually, but I had added angel cake (I tried to leave the calories out, but they feel in as well)

Had a look at their computer they had brought with them. Seems the motherboard is dead, screen checked out ok, so there should have been the bios info showing at least, but nothing. I pulled an old computer from the garage to see if I could fit their hard drive in, but a different form factor.

Watched part of the movie "The Answer Man", and went to bed leaving Richard and Noreen to finish watching it.

The change in diet brought on a sudden change in not running to the bathroom with urgency, which was nice. but just for now till the orgy of food stops
