Easier to stop eating

 Up at 4am, worked on music lists, back to bed for 7am, up again at 8:15, did 20 minutes (65 calories) on the tread mill, had a shower, on computer till 10:30 then off to Wal-Mart to get some scales. Millie didn't like any, so I picked one that calculates your BMI for $69 (the most expensive one, but we wear them out) Bought some really really cheap shoes ($14), but good for what I need (My favourite pair have holes in the soles, and look really tired)

Went to Piper Heath Golf Course, to check the place out for the wedding on Saturday, The ceremony gazebo is quite a way away from the dining room, a pain with 2 setups. We were amazed how many people were on the golf course, most of them businessmen catching up after their vacations.

On the way home we stopped at the Apple Factory for apples and other stuff. Didn't buy any kind of pies, a miracle.

Didn't make a soup today, so I had a can of salmon with beets and beans.

Had a couple of large peaches we had bought earlier.

Ian came over with the car, but I said he might as well keep it, as he'll need it next weekend. We did check the coolant and oil, as the coolant light was coming on (I always ignored it)

Opened a can of chili for him, not much real food around here anymore.

Set up buys on Agrium, Barrick Gold, TD. I foolishly broke my buy rules #2 & #6 resulting in a loss on TD & Barrick , but  I'll hold till tomorrow (I hate doing that too)
